Company Driver Hiring Standards:

Dispatch Logistics is always looking for qualified professional drivers to join our team. If you are interested, please review the following list to ensure that you qualify:

•                     Minimum 21 years of age.
•                     Clean abstract and safety record.
•                     Positive attitude and appearance.
•                     Min 1 years verifiable Tractor Trailer driving experience & proven ability in the mountains. 

After an initial interview, screening and record checks, approved candidates will be invited to attend a day orientation in one of our training centers.

Dispatch Logistics offers one of the best pay packages in the country. Our Drivers are our most valuable assets and we think they need to be treated fairly and with the respect which is why we offer TOP dollar pay packages.

Company Drivers - Singles

Earn $.44 to $.46 per mile on ALL International Miles*

- Paid Bi-Weekly

- 25.00 for all pick ups and drops

- 50.00 USDA Meat Inspections

- 350.00 Quarterly Safety bonus

Company Drivers - Teams

Earn $.56 per mile on ALL International Miles*

- Paid Weekly

- 25.00 for all pick ups and drops

- 50.00 USDA Meat Inspections

- 350.00 Quarterly Safety bonus

Owner Operators on Milage:

We provide:

•                     Canada miles paid at $1.60
•                     USA - All miles at $1.50

                    Paid licensing/tolls/bridge crossings

                    Paid picks/deliveries.

                    Paid meat inspections

                    Insurance = 4% of gross revenue.

                    Fuel/toll cards provided.

                    Paid lumpers.

                    Paid Bi-Weekly.

                    $1000 Sign on bonus. NO paint code.

                    Paid quarterly safety bonus of $350.
